Hi, I’m Tom Laessig, also known as The Mental Golf Guy.


I’ve been playing golf since I was 16. For years, I was what you’d call a decent casual golfer.

I eventually joined a club in my thirties and got my handicap down to 6.5. But despite being a solid player, I consistently struggled when it came to tournament play. I’d tense up, lose focus, and underperform.
